May i ask why i get alot of visitors but no one seems to register at my forums? Please suggest some techniques i could use to attract people to register and post in my forum.
Also could someone please have a look at my key words and description and tell me a good replacement thanks.
If you are getting a lot of traffic and no sign ups then your keywords are probably not the issue.
Here's something you can try.
People like active forums. I would move your Lounges up to the top of the page and drop the General section down. Your lounges have more posts and that might convince someone to register. Your General section has empty topics and that always puts people off.
A general interest forum is going to be tough to pull off without a general interest content site (like news perhaps?) surrounding it. I would select a topic that you are very passionate about and concentrate on that. Since it's your passions, you will likely want to post there. Start many threads, and often reply to existing threads. A good way to get started is to ask specific on topic questions.
Your forum skin is bland and generic. You need to come up with a logo and "brand" for the site. Again, since there is no defined topic, this will be tough.

To make your forum attract more members to register, you need to advertise it well by doing some promotions.. And once you have more members, just keep them active by posting some interesting threads or topics...
Hi there, I had a quick look at your site. At first glance, I couldn't really tell what it's about (I get confused easily)
I agree with mikesed, swap your lounge section with your general section, and design yourself a proper logo.
