Well the thing that makes me reach for my mouse and to x out of your site is the header/Google ads. IMO when someone has Google ads as their main focus, it tells me "Hey I don't care about having a nice site I just want u to click one of my ads so I can get a $2.75 check in the mail every month." If this is not your intention I strongly suggest you get a header of some sort and place your ads else where.

There are so many free web templates sites on the internet. You site would be really difficult to optimize for the search engines, I mean get any useful SERP position because there is so much competition

Also PPC marketing would just be too expensive

You need to consider a unique selling point and i would also consider a less competitive niche

Nice forum. The text color is looking dull. I saw a url in forum review. Very nice logo they are using. You should also add logo. You may increase more traffic. Add some topic related to webmaster also. And if possible make it google ad sense share forum and it must be dofollow to attract more members.

A quick Google keyword search for "free web templates" returned 7,480,000 results. You will need a HUGE sum of money to bid up that phrase and be found amongst the SEVEN MILLION plus others out there! Good luck.

People have been trying to help you; every week you resubmit for review. Every time, people make a suggestions which you you ignore while giving thanks. My opinion is this: you're not truly looking for suggestions; you're looking for free advertising on this forum. That's not really working well either as I doubt many people are responding to the Adsense sponsorship, except to offer suggestions about its placement on your site and its prominence in your marketing plan.

your forums looks too spacey... maybe because of the color. try to add more color to your forum to bring life in it. and one thing, you don't have any logo.
