How much is my blog worth?

I've never sold a site before, so I obviously need some advice here. I'd appreciate some good guidance. I don't want to accept an amount if it's worth a lot more. I cherish my site. It's very valuable to me and I've spent countless hours working on SEO, link building and articles for it. also, I should mention that it is a blog.

Here is some info on my blog. I'll get as detailed as possible.

- "make money online" niche
- Powered by Joomla. But it's all blog

- Alexa rank is in the 168,000 mark
- Google Pagerank is 2
- The blog is 4 months old
- 250 - 350 unique visitors a day.
- 996 pages indexed in Google
- as of right now, 179 rss subscribers
- custom template and logo
- It includes a forum with currently 445 members
- The forum is a PR3
- The site makes around $20 a day from ads and about $5 from Adsense
- Good amount of module positions to easily monetize the site
- Lots of little extras already installed.
- There is an automated reciprocal link exchange page installed. Like a mini directory.

That's about all I can think of at the moment. But I'm also going to include 2 domains with the site that I am currently using for affiliates. (forwarding the domains to affiliate links). They are two pretty large companies and the domains are great

I'd appreciate it if someone could tell me how much all of this is worth for when I get ready to sell! I know some people calculate the revenue earned from the site in one month and multiply it by 6 or 12 (months). But I'm not sure how to add in all of the other features of my blog that i mentioned above. I feel that those are important as well. I can't exactly quote a price but it is around 10 times your monthly earnings, which can go higher seeing that you have a forum and some subscribers.

I would also recommend going the multiplier root. As such, I'd probably be willing to say you go at $7500 - 8000. That would let the purchaser make back their purchase price in 10 months if they didn't change anything and kept up the quality of content you had.

Why not auction it? That way you can start low and let buyers fight over it.

You really should let people "bid" for the site. Incase you need a domain selling website www.sedo.com is a very good place. Have sold a few domains there myself.

yep, thats a good idea to once place it in an auction to get the idea of what bids you are getting.

Its not the only tool to measure a blog's value! As it takes Technorati stats to calculate, not others.

Well, if i'm the one who buying the website, then i will consider only the content and the PR of the website.

I would work on it for a little longer than 4 months before you try and sell it if that is what you want to do. It needs a longer history of revenue to show stability and raising the PR more would also do well. Generally though a blog with good steady revenue can sell for about 1 year of revenue.
