I don't read Turkish, so I can't actually say anything about the site content-wise. However, from the perspective of graphic design, the forum area, http://www.babasayfa.com/forum/ , seems way too dark and grey. If you want to stay dark, that's probably okay. But, you'll likely want to add some more contrasting design elements.

Take a look at College Humor, http://www.collegehumor.com/ . Their design also makes heavy use of dark grey(/blue-grey) gradients in the background. However, they contrast this with the white regions for their content and a few brightly colored highlights (e.g., the orange navigation menu, and the blue and green highlighted articles).

The design and the layout of the forum isn't bad however, I do not like the color scheme I think the page is too dark. You should add some warm colors into the color scheme.
