It's a good start, but there are several things that stand out to me. Firstly, the site is obviously missing a logo of any sort. I suggest you design of logo of some kind and place it in the upper left and push the ads to the right. That's a start. Following that, I suggest you get a better skin if possible. You've used a stock skin (I think I've seen it before) and generally those you're targeting - other webmasters - probably have too. You need to make your site stand out from similar ones; make it unique.

Wow, This wasn't what I expected to see. I was envisioning a site with graphics and such and when I first opened it I see what at first looks like a forum. If I were looking for templates I would not go any further. I did navigate through and found a template, next to it was an "avitar" of an infant smoking a cigarette. Okay totally turned off at this point. If you are really serious about providing templates and developing an income stream, you may want to consider who your customer might be and work the site towards that customer.
