OK, for the breakfast/lunch issue: change the center heading to "On The Trail" and put the recipes under both categories (Works for lunch/dinner too.). The upper mis-alignment is a two-line vs one-line perceptual issue while the columnar alignment problem most likely stems from the bulleted list being edited at some point. The method of insertion/deletion changes the formatting. Using a WYSIWYG editor try adding bullets, deleting, backspacing, etc. until you get the right combo. For me, this is much easier than attempting in-depth format reconfigurations within a Windows platform. As for sorting, why not sub-group like a Windows folder? Those who return to find a particular recipe will find a much more user friendly layout. It might also be easier on the webmaster. The theme does suggest a rather nice time up in the mountains, off in the woods, away from the city... Wait! What if the batteries go dead in my laptop? How will I survive without the Web?! Geez, maybe I SHOULD get away for a while. BTW, you've been Blinklisted under the following tags: recipies, alternatives, fun, adventure, survival, trails.
