The design isn't half bad and really fits well with the poker theme.

You need a Call to Action! I CtA is a statement that visitors that are not registered see. It needs to explain what makes your site different than the rest and convince people that they are missing out if they don't sign up on your site. Make it to catchy and descriptive but not to long, add some color and some font changes and that should be good.

The amount of forums you have is good and everything seems pretty set. Get it launched and really focus on getting the word out and you should be alright. The poker market can be pretty competitive so be prepared to work your butt off!

Yea, like Austin said, write something about how your forums are better than all the rest.

that is a nice layout. when i read poker site, i immediately thought green and black, but the orange was a nice, yet different sup rise. don't get me wrong, it suits the whole scheme of things perfectly.
as for the "Advertise Here" links at the bottom, i think you may be going over the top a little, maybe only one or 2 lines...in my opinion, 4 may make you seem a little desperate when it comes to looking for advertisers.

over all, i think you really have the winning hand (sorry :P) and you should get this out into the public ASAP!

great job!

I actually like it. It looks like you need a little bit of traffic and some users.

My question to you is: if there are a million poker forums, how are you going to get your's to stand out? That is the big question for you to figure out.

I just don't like the DiscussHoldem.com text. The rest is nice though.

Wow...that brings back memories. I think I was the first one to register that domain a while back and sold it, although I may be wrong (if I am please tell me).
