New Template

I changed the template for www.ps2stuff.com to one that more suits the site. I still need to make some changes to it. Does anyone have suggestions on how to make it better. I am also having trouble finding people to join. Where do you think i could advertise this site?

It's a little bit dark. As for advertising I suggest to find related forums with many visitors and post some ads there.

yes its too black and blue, i know thats the ps2 colors, but that site seems too dark. Try and lighten it up with some white or something.

at first i thought that it wasnt too dark. But then i got back to here, felt my pupils shrink and thought that it might be just a little dark.

is the site listed on search engines, most importantly (probably) Google? That would get lots of traffic and more users I'd have thought. I always think word of mouth/keyboard is a good idea too, eg you posting here might get you a user or two(i would consider but don't have a PS2

)

I'd prob make it all a bit lighter too. I quite like the dark look at times, maybe i'd make all the text at least as bright as the main forum section text (eg 'game reviews', 'game strategies' etc) and make the background grey a bit lighter. Just a personal opinion.

wow, like everyone else said... way too dark.
Being a ps2 forum the header is very plain. You need to have an exciting header with killer graphics that get your attention...just like all the ps2 games do.
