Layouts good
But in the furthest right i think there is too much there in the latest headlines reduce it by about 3 or 4 and it will look better
The title "Cool Stuff" im not keen on that its not realy what a news website would put
Also there is a typing error on the Googlefight URL there is an x in the www you have put wxw.googlefight.com

yea, i'll reduce the headlines, and change the cool stuff, i had done that wxw.googlefight.com on purpose, but i'll fix it.

Just at first look it seems like there's just too much going on. I think it's just because of the News, Entertainment, and Music tabs in the middle. Unfortunately, I can't think of a good way around that as of right now.

Maybe take out the latest headlines on the right side? I mean, it's already on the left. You could move everything underneath the latest headlines on the right side up, keeping the symmetry. There's no need for there to be two of the same headlines on the same page. Outside of that, I like the color scheme and the overall flow of the site. Maybe do something else with the logo in the upper left? The star is kinda pixelated.

i just had a quick look.....
look wise, it seemed ok to me....
If u could lessen the headlines a bit....and add more pics...or if possible even flash...

also in your webmasteers link....behind the content....thr a bar like image coming..
its not at all looking goood!!
