Hm, not bad on the design side. While I tip my hat for original content, you need to display it in such a manner that other people will find it both reliable and useful, and one thing that ticks me off is the letter-spacing you've set, which adds just a bit too much space.
While I also understand that you want to make money off the site, websites usually don't take off very well if visitors realize that the primary motivation for the web designer is to make money, rather than to offer unique and interesting content.
Hence my main recommendation is to make things look... well, tighter. More well fitting. More as if things belong where they are put, rather than haphazardly placed. Good luck!
