I'm a huge fan of minimalist design, and you've achieved that here. It's good.

The picture on the right just seems a bit out of place for some reason. It seems good to have a picture there, and I have no idea what should be there, but that just doesn't seem right.

Only other thing to look at would be the green text. It's a little harsh compared to the rest of the site. I'd suggest trying either a darker green, or sticking with blue like the rest of the site. Orange is also a natrual choice if you want to contract the blue.

Great layout, great design, easy to figure out, not hard on the eyes. Good work.

Great but picture just doesnt seem right its a nice place for a picture to be but just doesnt look right i have no idea what to suggest though
Green is a bit too much change it it will make it better
And it needs a proper logo
keep what your doing up and you will get there

Too much purple on the right side. I agree with what was said above, get rid of that purple guy. He's just visually annoying. He has a good pose, he just needs to change clothes.

Also, I agree with mork that minimalist design is great. However there is a point where it becomes too minimal. I would honestly say add something more to the links on the very bottom of each page. Maybe a grey gradient would suffice.

Lastly, please darken or change the bright neon green links. They're making my eyes bleed. Especially when the white and purple are added into the mix.
