i am still wondering which part make you say its spammy, i did put a lot of work into it and still dont like few things but i will fix it very soon, other then that i have very good prices and just everything else is covered by uspas,ups and paypal, so i can assure you that its no spam there at all.

the site colours don't work well with each other and all the pages looked flooded with too much content. You said in your previous post it's not a spam site but it definitely looks like one. Also i don't understand why the pages have got so much hyperlinks there not needed there's way too much. hope this site works out for you anyway

As i reviewed your site you need to change some works..

1) Site colours not good. need to change
2) you can add some good header designs here. most online shoppers loves header with good attractive messages.

apart from above corrections site looks good.

Its nice to see a bodybuilding site without pictures of topless men with big muscles.

I often buy supps from the internet whilst at work. If I visit a supps site and there are images of scantily clad men I usually leave the site pretty quick in case someone is walking past my desk.

I think their site looks better than yours. Maybe get a better logo and go for some more professional looking headers for each section and maybe divide the sections up a bit more?
