I'm making this website with 2 other people and I was wanting some professional and constructive criticism from people. Please review the functionality and the design. Your criticism is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Graphically the layout looks pretty good, especially the navigation. I do find though that that banner at the top looks pretty huge, even on my big monitor. I also find the red used in the titling and navigation a little bit harsh on the eyes, and maybe needs to be toned down to bring focus back to the Cleveland city scape.

It looks like your content is pretty good, although I wouldn't of gone for putting the calender as the only feature of the home page, I would expected a welcome message and a blurb about Cleveland.

Seems the only thing you can eat in Cleveland is fast food, although I do like a good Taco Bell.

Anyhoo, looks promising.

as Hobophobik said you need to give welcome message to your site about cleveland.

More than that if the calender is in small in size it will look great & easy to have a look.

In register page you need to add image verification column to avoid spammers. Also between rows you need to give break .

Also you have given warning message before enter special character. it will help to sign up visitors, other wise the will get temper.

Totally said clean and neat. should modify little little more

The site is just ok in my opinion. I am using IE 6.0 with 800x600 screen res. . The site may be more easy if you try to reduce the size of calander and the top baner. I think the user like an comprehensive look of website specially at first page, so they do not need to go left-right. Moving top-bottom is ok.

The left menu font is something like funny. They should be simple, straight and strong. Menu are easy to describe the target.

Pages are fast in response. Its the most good part of the sites I visted before.

Wish u a pleasent experiance through your efforts.

Yeah maybe I should make a note that it will look terrible in low resolutions... sorry.

Does anyone have any suggestions on some features that my team could add to the website?

Thanks.

I would definately make the banner smaller. The bold red looks good. I would adjust the letterspacing on the font in the navigation. It seems kinda squished together. The home page does need some kind of descriptive statement, maybe explaining the purpose of the site. And the calendar should be smaller.

The photos in the guides are nice but making them just a little smaller will keep your page length shorter. Less scrolling.

Some features you could add maybe are a weather widget, webcams and maps.

Ultimately a nice start. Good work.

Yeah the smaller images would look nice. The weather suggestion is great... I should have thought of that. Thank you for your review, it was very helpful.
