Hmm, Im happy to see that your sites name doesnt remind people of YouTube or use the "[Namehere]tube" style. Its ok, nothing big. Maybe if you didnt put ads at the main page of the site, that'd make it better. But you have to remember, YouTube is still your competition.

I didnt know what the site was targetting from the frontpage. I suggest putting the categories on the frontpage which will help people see what it is about. Even a tagine under your logo would help

You could try some color to seperate elements on the page and make it a little more exciting. It is a very clean layout and design - but appears to me to have little differention to other sites with Video. You could also try and use icons to mark the various functions.

@Mchael - if you're reviewing just for the ability to post a site review of your own, I'd make them in Rule-Following threads, so your review doesn't get deleted too, also goes for the one in this thread:

Generally speaking the website looks good ... I mean I like it ... clean design based only on one colour ... it`s simple but it doesn`t have to be more complicated for the purpose it serves.
What I would do if I were you, I would try to delimitate the background from the main page ... and second thing I would make some rollover for the main buttons of navigation(I think I`m obsessed with this rollover )...)...
One thing I noticed at your website is that you have no "home" button and that the "Videos" button is actually the home button ... I think you should rename it to home ... that`s what it really does right ? ...
One more thing, I don`t know where you host your website but I have 10Mb/s internet connection and I had trouble veiwing any of your video ... to solve the problem you could give a little more time to the flash video player before it actually starts to play the movie ... if this happened only to me then just ignore me ... but if this happens to more users you should think about it ... or think of changing your hosting, maybe their bandwidth ain`t so good ...

personally i think it looks too much like youtube also your logo is distorted you should think about sorting that out because it makes it look unprofessional apart from that it is coming along nicely and also its a nice colour scheme keep the good worked up

Based on the introduction message I have no idea what your site is about. Oh wait, you didn't have one!

Write a two sentence intro message to explain to visitors what your site is about on a piece of paper. Then edit it to it is only have that size, and put in on your site where it is easy to see. Keep those first time visitors.
