Of course it does.

Good input fields, good black-pink color scheme, but logo is not suitable for this design and header (where panels) is really bad!

That's what I was thinking, but I really need some ideas plz about the header and the logo !

Do you really need that black bar? Try to remove it.
And u'd better increase menu font-size and remove black background or use it only to highlite when mouse is over the element.

All inputs must have same length.

Remember - it's a review forum, and here people are reviewing your site, not working for you/your project

But this idea is for you. What do u make of it?
