5-6 out of 10 with potential for more since it's a good start.

I REALLY like the header and the top and left menus. However, as soon as my eyes hit the content area it's not so good. A few suggestions: Make the content area wider, so you are not wasting space on either side. You don't have to make the content come all the way out to the "walls" but it's a little disconcerting. Ditch the blue squares, or replace them with icons to go with the topic - as they are now, they add nothing to the utility or appearance of the site, and they clash with the red theme.

The front page seems to be an index of some articles, but there is no first paragraph text! Interest your users in reading the articles by including part or all of your first paragraph. Space out the entries a little bit and use a bigger font (maybe 2 points larger.) If your target audience includes anyone over 30, never use small fonts.

Overall I think the site has a lot of potential. You have some good content. All you need to do now is present it in a way that hooks the users.

So if I take your advice, what would you rate it? and the blue thumbnails where just to test borders there is going to be different images for that.

Sorry m8 but you need to redesign it. Why is the login at the bottom of the page? Try to organize your layout so it is user friendly.

Best of luck I like the header
