Personally, I don't really like the red-green color scheme. You should use some nice logo and not just plain text. The bottom border has a problem in IE.
Also, The site is very lite on information, you don't really see the point of it when looking at the main page, you should be more specified on what the website is about have some links, teaser to hot information maybe.

The green content area has a gap at the bottom in Mac FireFox, I imagine it's from the numerous <p> tags you have in the code.

The overall design isn't bad. I would consider putting a shadow around the main web site since there's a white rule in the background that blends in.

I agree that it needs more content. Also read carefully over what you've written, a lot of it isn't proper English and doesn't make sense.

EXAMPLE:

We welcomes you to world's best travel information providing site

should be

We welcome you to the worlds best travel information site.

Nice, simple design. As for the content...it is questionable as to the purpose of the site at first glance...could very well lose alot of traffic in those first 5 seconds.
