Hmmm... It's not immediately clear what you do. Yes, I realise it's web hosting, but where's the headline telling me this? Where's the overview of what you offer and how great you are? Where's the picture of a girl smiling in front of a server rack? (Just for the record, that last one is only half serious. )
As others have noted, the layout is rather confusing. The focus should really be on the main text area, but instead the eye is drawn to less important bits round the edges. The fluid layout goes wrong in smaller windows (even 1024 * 768), with stuff overlapping and falling down the page. Your menu is also inaccessible to IE6 users as it doesn't support :hover on lis.
I'm also not sure that soothing is a quality I'd look for in a web host. High tech, cutting edge, can do attitude, 110%, reliability, strength - those are the sorts of things I suspect most people are after. This is reflected in the designs of many hosts' sites, which often have a polished, high tech feel and bright colours.
I'm not trying to be unduly negative, but I think you need to spend a little more time thinking about who you are aiming the site at and how best to give them the information and experience they want and expect. I'm sure a lot of the content is already there, and with a few presentational tweaks you could have a nice site.
