Here I am again after moderator deleted my other post because I didn’t read the forum rules on site reviews. I newer do that! You have my site below post some review.

Considering the kind of site that it is, it's quite easy on the eyes. There are literally thousands of sites purporting to offer free software out that, and I honestly think your site resembles many of those, which is bad because so many of them are scam sites, like those warez sites.

I would lighten up the template and actually say something up near the top of the page like, "WAIT! Before you go, this is NOT a warez site. These are really 100% freeware applications. No adware, no added junk. Just 100% free software."

Remove that moronic java effect in the corner. It so 90s
Use adsense as example for your fonts sizes. The one you have now way too big
I don't thing your banner's xmas theme will work for you after New Year

Other than that, site looks ok and in working condition

Thanks for the advice for the font size. And that Santa will be removed after the New Year not international but orthodox witch is at 14 January.

It's alright, similiar to fastreplies post -- REMOVE the little corner on the right. It's a bit distracting. Also, lighten it up ALOT and remove the ads. If you don't have visitors, adding ads is not going to help and only make people leave.

Once you get more of a base of visitors, then you could add in ads. For the meantime, ditch that idea.

It seems to be quite a usefull site but it's also very heavy on the eyes with too many moving objects. In other words: Redesign the whole thing in much brighter colors and loose all the moving text. NEVER make people read bright letters on dark background. It's just wrong.

Whow, I'm overwhelmed with text. And you know what? You as the designer, give everything the same importance. Content, advertisement, Navigation, Links - everything is white. Not a good idea at all.

See, I'm as a visitor who has never been on the site, I totally don't know where the important things are, and which are minor. You have to lead my eye.

Second, the contrast is way too strong. If you read any digital typography book, it will say "never go over a certain contrast between text and background, and never go beyond another certain contrast". Why? The eye needs to relax, but black and white are so contrasted that the eye has problems to read it smooth and fast. Look at the forum here, the background is bright blue - to make it easier to read!

For the navigation it's okay, but for content? no way.

You should ad some graphic backgrounds to the navigation, people are used to see navigation either as underlined or as graphically designed elements.

Totally agree

I would say the same, have a look at the contrast in whole sence and determine what's more or less important in your website.

I like the site, i think the template is a little dark and I personally would make it slightly lighter, as said above you need to fill your forum if your using vbulletin they have RSS news feeds which can be posted directly onto the forum worth thinking about, automatic fresh content updated every hour. The application in the top right I like keep it in my opinion
