Please help me with my website

I am trying to find the way to bring more traffic to the site and trust me i did tried a lot of things and nothing worked so far.If you could tell me what i could do to improve that or what i need to change to make it better i would be very happy with any help i could get.

All I could suggest is join communities like this one that are geared toward body building... become an active member and people will go to your site... a better template could also help that is more eye appealing.

Your site is very well done. I would recommend finding similar sites with message boards and posting relevant messages with your site mentioned in your signature. You may also try trading links with such sites.

Also, you could put up a blog, and post relevant articles to your niche.

I have the same problem with my site below. What can I say to you it’s a hard work 100’s and 100’s submissions to various forums, directories and other. It’s a nightmare when you do not speak English well lake me. I suggest you this link site name is LinkReferral
There other site owners review your site and you review theirs. Your traffic will rise but you have one obligation you must visit at list 30 other sites daily if you want to be ranked well in your category. Better rank more visitors.

Your website is quite good !!!

I liked your idea very much. Not sure about the random image as I was opening it in an office environment and the random image might not have given the right impression of Body Building site to my surrounding.

Anyway, though, please take that comment lightly as I do realise your website is not targetted to be opened in an office environment on a daily basis anyway.

I would agree that you should try and join the communities of body building and invite them to your website.

Above all, it is definitely a very well designed and a good site.

i do understand that you mean by that and its all understandable.
the thing is fitness models and competitors i am talking about lady's promoting them selfs to make money,so the photos you see are very popular and this is why they doing it.and i am just putting them up to attract ladys not only guys who cant talk about lifting and eating.which is all good but that not the only thing to talk about,i want to promote the site to the main stream not only guys.so that is the plan for me so far.

It is a good site, and it is geared towards a relatively specific niche, so constant content and plugging your site wherever possible will do nothing but help!

Although I'm not into body building and would not qualify as one of your models, your site looks fine to me. Unsure how to increase traffic. Sometimes some of the words I use only in the text portion of my webpage grabs someone looking in google. They are searching for a word that really has very little to do with my site; the term was used incidentally.

this is where i stand now.in the past day i did started posing in the similar sites and my traffic went up a lot.
Guys you are the best and i just wanted to thank you for the all nice words and suggestions.

i did submitted to lots of the search engines and it does work i guess in some ways.but the only bad thing is i do have a lot of people coming in onto my site but not a lot of people participating in the forum activity that what is killing me too.And i dont know how to make people do that i mean post messages and so on,its really hard to make people do that but i am really trying to do my best.
