I'm not sure about other sites, but I've always considered Terms of Use as a part of the privacy statement.

My privacy statements are brief and to the point, and split into three sections: Information shared, external links, and Terms of Use.

Ok thanks, see your point, i think im now seeing how Terms at the moment may not be needed.

But can anyone tell me a reason against keeping the Privacy Policy?

if people would be willing to give it a read and tell me anything in it which could be improved i have open ears

I think instead of terms it would be more appropriate to use Guidelines
e.g. how to donate etc.

thats coverd really on the donations page i removed the link to terms for the moment at least, any mroe bits which could be improved?
