please review my site and tell me whats wrong

i would really appreciate it

so far i noticed my site gets 404 errors most of the time on opera

oh well but IE, Firefox ,Netscape ect looks ok

Error 404 in both Firefox and IE 6.

Also, I suspect Google will force you to give up the domain name

shows server not found for me.

at minimum google aren't going to let you display adsense on it going by the domain alone.

Very nice template for a gaming site. Looks like something my son would love.

I just don't think Google is going to let you keep that name, even with the little tag 'we are NOT associated with Google'. The name 'Google' is a trademark of Google and you my friend are infringing upon it. They are a search engine among other things, they will find you, lol. That's one company I wouldn't 'f' with.

Was notified of this thread by a fellow talker. Although this shouldn't be construed as legal advice, more likely than not Google is going to have an issue with this if they find you. When you do a search on trademarks at the USPTO, you will see that all but a few items with the name "Google" in it are registered with Google, and with the other ones it is clearly not going to be confusing.

Do as you will, but don't be surprised if you get a "Cease and Desist" notification. If I was their lawyer, I would be sending you one.

If they Disapprove me with an answer saying :

No for Using "Google" in your domain then i would freak out

hmmm, I'd be impressed if they actually disapproved you. They generally do not monitor it in the same way, but well done on getting their attention.

Your site name in the logo is hard to read, small and secondary. You shouldn't have another site name in your logo period. You can give them all the credit you want, a banner or a text link anywhere on the page but it should absolutely be separate from your logo. Good catch FR, I didn't pay attention to the logo - very unlike me.
