Ok, so, I've never been to India.
I'd love to go; for me, it holds magic. It's exotic.
Your site smothers all these feelings.
The bright orange is not the orange of a stunning sunset on a darkening summers evening; it is the orange of a traffic light; brash, too much.
There's too much on the homepage, in my opinion.
Too much miss-match of choice; translation services, bollywood videos, organic health? It's too much.
My advice would be too simplify your homepage, with less options. Give the visitor less options, so that they can click to gems, and THEN get the selection of gems to choose from.
In reality, who would buy gems from a site that also offers translation services? Your offering is too diluted.
And I think you need to sell the mysticism of India.
Get a beautiful sunset on there or a stunning Indian woman, and make the colors warmer. You need to SELL THE MAGIC OF INDIA. That's your selling point.
