Please help me review my comedy site.

Now before you guys eat me alive.... This is my first website. I made it with "website tonight" and I'm more focusing on content at this point to increase traffic. I will then have someone design the site professionally. I want to keep people coming back with funny videos, good games, and a great discussion forum.

Any help is very much appreciated. Furthermore, since I'm doing this for fun if anyone would like to assist that would be awesome!

I'm sorry, I just don't see this going far the way it is. I wasn't looking at the design aspect since you said this will be taken care of later by a pro. As far as the content goes, it's just not original. The content seems to fit more of a 'Blog' feel. You posting what you think is funny and what you want to share. The first link on your games page doesn't work.

I don't think this is working for you. If I go to a site and the first thing I read at the top is 'This is a crappy site', I'm probably not coming back or looking any further.

The forum needs more topics. Something that lets people know what kind of forum it is and what they will gain by joining.

I really think it would do better as a blog.

Have a logo designed and the layout design based around that.

its always good to try something because who knows how far it will get... make sure you focus on new unique content. but you really need a layout that directs the customer... if it takes them 10 mins to figure out where everything is you will see a trend no matter how much traffic you pay for or get they all will be <30 seconds on your site. try looking at other sites to get idea's of what works... but like I said you could have the best design and the best graphics and if you don't have anything new then its worthless.

Criticism is key for me. I've taken on a partner and we've decided to get better content. He will do the design. We're going to have people submit rather than just take things we think are funny.
