Your site is very busy. Almost immediately I found myself scanning the index page --left, right, top to bottom -- trying to find something quick and easy to focus on. Not a bad thing, it keeps people looking.

Your site was easy to navigate. There is tons of information on every page. Very good site.

Pretty much what rion said.

I like how "modern" the site looks but that blue nav bar and the same bar at the bottom don't blend well with the rest of the site. The photos are very cool and make you feel like you're there.

I'm going to also say that the site is too busy. Simplifying things will help improve usability big time. There is so much stuff, you don't really know what to click first.

And, I would seriously consider having your logo redone. It looks a little squished and blurry to me. And maybe you want to put the green in the logo somewhere else in the site. Possibly replacing that hot pink, which isn't working for me.

I noticed that Resort Info, Hotels, and Apartments all had duplicate info. It might be useful to consolidate it if you are interested in opening up some space. Specifically, on the right side where it is listed again. The site is packed with meaningful info, but it took me a bit to figure out where I wanted to click first.
Some creative sizing of text/ buttons and more use of blank space might make it easier to navigate.
What do you think?
