I think that it's okay to have different banners to match your content but the layout should be uniform throughout the site. You do want consistency to help with the flow of your site navigation.
A good logo would look nice on the homepage banner.
The site would be more accessible if the nav links weren't at the bottom of the page. Bottom nav links should be secondary links.
The ' Yoga' page has alignment issues. There should be a space between the text and the left/right nav. Then there's an empty table.
The banner on that page needs some work. It's not very professional looking.
