The site starts well, with a reasonably clean layout with no obvious bugs.
The blue text on orange background is horrible, though. Your banner is nice, but looks like a template. The SEO text is too obvious to a human reader. Then, the top paying sites section is completely hideous. Consistancy in size, layout and font would greatly improve the remainder of this site.
Overall, this site ranks no more than a 4 - the main content is very poorly presented.
