Your site looks like a blog. May be if you add some more graphic or color will be better. Also a little introduction "what is all about" would be useful as well. I didn't find "submit a post" option- how can a user ask a question to get his answer???? And one more thing - in some posts the question and answer swaps with google adds so the answer is almost invisible...
In general I think that you have a great idea- just little touches and your site will be live and popular :-)
You definitely need some graphics. Header, buttons and other elements. I also noticed that you have 0 symbols in titles of some of your pages. You should remove that.
I really don't get the point of your site.

This is really bad.
You can find these same answers on Yahoo Answers and so many others out there like it. I used the search box with it marked for your site and it went straight to a google search.
very neat site i like it. my kinda thing altho one more table could be placed below the search table with an image with the same blue overlaying the image or some fancy vectors just to catch the eye.
1) Design = need to improve, more color, more design
2) Usability = ok
3) Content = ok
4) Navigation = ok
5) Would you use this site? Why? I will stop by and check the useful content
