i need constructive criticism. suggestions that will helpo me improve the site.
i will be more interested on what does not look good on the site.
please review color combinations, layout, and the likes.

I would suggest to code the page tablelessly and semantically. I would also suggest to avoid frames. It's not good for SE. Tables and frames are dead nowadays

A little slow loading on 2 attempts.

I also agree with getting rid of all the tables. A separate style sheet would be much more practical, it may even help the loading time a bit.

If you are going to keep the Cartoon like Flash banner/header I would consider blending the rest of the Page Layout/Design with it, looks a little off right now (Doesn't really scream professional accounting to me).

Umm, whats with all the Iframes on every page? Thats a No-No... Just so you know, if you didn't already.... Iframes are not (SEF) Search engine friendly, Not to mention the fact that they are also aiding in the overall slow page load time. (I would get rid of them too)

If this sounded a bit harsh, it wasn't meant to be, However It was meant to point out my personal Opinions/Objections of the site. If it helps, I have seem More sites than I can count that are Complete & Total Crap.. Your doing GREAT compared to those Guys!

BTW:I don't really care if its SE friendly. As long as it works fine and looks good, its okay with me.
