The site is simple,clear & easy to understand.You can still choose a better logo.The background colour white is really good which makes the contents clear.But try to add more graphics on your home page to make it more attractive.

Overall the site is good. No major complaints, but here are some small suggestions.

On the "Become a Provider" page, the red text is a bit overwhelming. My rule is to never use red text since it looks like shouting.

The Directory page was slow to appear when I clicked on it.

I am aware of the fact that the design is not perfect, that's why I wanted to have feedbacks from you guys. Globally it's positive. Our visitors or mainly business managers/owners, so we want it to be clear and simple (not too "fun").
About the red text, it was not like that before, I thought that people would pay more attention to the advantages of our service with the red. I guess I am wrong. What do you think I should do? Ornage with a slim border?
I'll try something like that.

"Find reliable providers. Save time, effort & money!" is a Good Tittle, should make it in some souce like banner. This will help more attrack visitors
