I visited http://www.harvestins.com/services.html in Firefox and I got 2 bullet points every time for what I expect should be 1 bullet point.

The overall site is nice although maybe the front page should be improved with a couple of images, say one of 2 from one of the image galleries. Also add some more content and another few pages - e.g. prices or something

I also recommend that you decentralize the "click here for a map" part on the contact us page, as the rest of the page is left aligned.

I've just visited the same page (services) using firefox on linux.
I noticed two things:
1) The bullets appear twice, one big + one small.
2) The margins seem to allow overlap.

I think it's a nice site. Obviously you don't need to have a very flashy site if your topic is not such.

However, a proper logo would look better with this template.

It doesn't need more images.

You do have some minor issues in FF 2.06 and IE 6 on the services page.
You have "&middot" on all your list items, but it should be "·" - you forgot the trailing semi-colon.

You've got a couple of minor validation issues.

Overall I'd say its very good. It's clean, your code is NICE-- YAY for CSS !!

I would personally recommend adding a more individualized and customized header, after all, who's going to buy into your company if you don't stand out from the rest?

Also, maybe look into stock images: [http://www.istockphoto.com]
Buy and incorporate some of those into your webpage, it could help alot!

The wording is a little choppy on the home page, I would try to rephrase it.
Also the travel pic is misaligned on the services page. Other than that Good Job.

You need to require more features for your website, which can make your website more attractive. I am suggesting you some features which you can add:-
1. Flash movie on your home page.
2. Some light colors you can add.
3. Add better content.
4. Graphics

You can increase your page rank with the help of SEO and Link Building, if you need.
