Please, please can someone help me?

I'm fighting with this form for 2 days now.

There is one specific radio button in the form that when I check a value in it, the form is not being sent to me.

If I don't check anything in this radio button, the form is being sent to me with no problem.

The field is: "Is Bride Mother Living"

I'm attching the form page, please, I'm losing hair here...

I checked the .html file you attached. I saw nothing unusual except that you forgot the closing tag "</td>" where you have the radio buttons. That might cause the problem that it wont send. Otherwise I dont know what the problem might be. Since I dont have alot of experience in forms. Good luck.

Thanks for taking the time to look at it.

The problem was it created a spam folder in my deleted items and put it there..... OH MY GOD !!!
