Then you need a CMS or blog. I'd recommend CMS, but if your new to these things, then maybe WordPress might do the trick.

^ easier to use and manage, and good for daily updates, but only for stuff like posting news and such. Although if you set up enough categories, it might be enough. And you can make pages which can be easily accessed for important info.
