What is it that YOU don't like? Maybe you went a little crazy with the drop shadow. But even so, the logo is sharp. If your stuck, you just need to step back away from it for awhile and take a break. Run through some sites and get inspired by other peoples designs.

Here goes:
I don't like the logo in front of the menu buttons but it's also no good if I leave it out totally.
I think it's all to empty.
I think there's too little of orange but if I make an orange border around all of the boxes it's hard to distinguish it from the background. A darker shade of orange is also no good.
I dont know what to do with the drop shadows. It still might be a little too much of it now but if I turn it down it will on one hand make the layout even emptier and on the other hand the shadow will also get too sharp.

The only thing that I DO like is the banner. I actually love it.
The rest at this moment is just some worthless piece of ****.

There's nothing wrong with the image -- I suggest you start playing with background colors; this will give you a better idea of what to do next.

Well i might be a bit harsh but it sucks
But your logo is awesome!

Try a few different concepts untill you make one you really like.
And don't get rid of that logo! lol.

layout is standard 2 columns, maybe too much shadows around, but it looks good!
