Looking for Joomla template designers

I have a friend who needs a few Joomla templates designed. Does anyone here do this or know of anyone who does?

there are so many free joomla theme resource . have you looked them ?

He prefers to work with a designer to have custom templates made.

Your friend should start to look at Drupal. I used to use Joomla. But Drupal is much cleaner script.
