How do you design your site's buttons?

Do you use a Photoshop filter? or do them by hand?

Do you know of any Photoshop plugins that design 3D buttons?

I use Photoshop and don't need any filters. PS's native layer styles are quite sufficient for almost any effect.

All I usualy do to make a button looks great - add few gradients here and there. But sometimes even a simple plain color filled rectangle with a thin border looks better than most of fancy butons.

I can't stand Photoshop and do mine much simpler -- doesn't take as long for the site to load.

Hi - Photoshop allows you to create a whole loads of different button styles that you can modify!
