Tag tool?

Hey All,

I also want to create a totally user-run (where users can add photos, or links). They can have the ability to add tags, and write comments.

Any ideas on tools that are either free/low cost that can do this?

Yea a CMS sounds like something you need. Make sure you choose one that bridge to a photo gallery and a forum easily.

Cubecart Does Both! So does mambo and joomla, as well as mk portal.
