Hi there - don't know if anyone has a quick answer for this one, but is there any way of finding out when a web page/site was created? I know you used to be able to right click and look at properties, but that doesn't work anymore - I just get today's date.

It may be that there is no way of knowing anymore, but any hints tricks or tips for this would be gratefully appreciated!

I had never realy thought about it, but I don't think you can know exactly unless you have access to the files directly. Even then the information may no longer be there.

You can check a site though on the Wayback Machine which won't give you anything exact, but will at least give you an idea of when a site and the pages on that site were created.

Maybe someone else knows of a better way.
