You'd better take a look in Firefox, the layout is all to pot....

Also I get some sidewways scrolling at 800x600...

... and red wouldn't be my choice as a background colour for a business site - re=danger!

I cant see any images

The text in the main table and the menu on the top right hand side are not aligned correctly. Other wise looks ok in IE.

I'm grtting some weird layout problems. Netscape renders the page with the text section to the right, so does Firefox.

I would look into making it a little more exciting.

I like where you are going with it right now, and the banner up top kinda hints that the site wants to look exciting, but the rest of it kinda falls into the standard layout catagory.

The title "SEO Help Search Engine Optimization" seems VERY SEO optimized. You should change it into "We use SEO to help you with search engine optimization!"

then maybe make it into a graphic, and use FIR to make it more accessible.

I also wouldn't put ads on a professional page selling services, it kinda says "We don't make enough money off of what we do, so we got to advertise also"

if that makes sense...

Save the ads for blogs and whatnot.
