I am using Dreamweaver 8. I have an existing web page started: http://bkmi3.com/ I would like to have a window pop up when the index page installs. This would be to notifiy members of monthly meetings. Can anyone help me in starting me in the right direction to build this feature?

Hit the Source button in Dreamweaver and add the code generated by this page where you want the pop-up link to appear.

bear in mind that many users will have pop-up blocking and may not see it... always provide an alternative method of viewing the content if it's important that your visitors need to see it...
