How do I reduce a picture I downloaded from my digital camera small enough to fit on my web site page. The picture should be about 130x140 pixels size on the site.

The way I resize my images is by using Adobe Photoshop. Although, this can be achieved in pretty much any photo editing program. All you need to do is open the picture in the program, select it all (Ctrl+A), and then drag the corners to resize it. Holding shift will keep the same dimensions.

This could even be done in Microsoft Paint, but because you can't zoom it, it's a bit of a hard task.

Also, depending on your digital camera, there may have even been some photo editing software that came along with it.
