Can anyone suggest an online site builder? I will even download something as long as it is very easy to use and the designs aren't cheesy looking.

The hosting company I chose has one but the only thing it lets me do is change the text. I can't even insert links or some of the basic code stuff that I do know.

Since most hosting companies have their own sitebuilders built into their own businesses for their customers, it's highly unlikely you're going to find one to use online.

Why not use something like First Page 2006?

Yeah, I guess I have been finding that out today. So, since I am changing hosts anyway, I have been looking at hosting with site builders. I found two that look decent. Anyone know of these?

I have hosted with NetFirms previously. They are good in the support area, but never used their site builder.

Tripod has a site builder as well and they have been in the hosting arena for some time.

You could also try SiteKreator - your account will have integrated hosting. No need to download or install anything.
