I have been creating websites for some time now but i keep being blown back in my creations by people having different DPI settings, how do i make my websites automaticaly adjust to peoples differning DPI settings.

At the moment i am using Dreamweaver 2 (still saving for newer ver.)

There are two approaches to what you're looking for and different designers have their reasons for preferring one over the other.

One option is to choose a minimum resolution to design for (usually 800x600) and accept the fact that people with greater resolution will see a lot of empty space. Most sites like this will be centered within the page and many will use a background color behind everything.

The other option is to create a fluid design wich can be a little more difficult to acheive. There's more to it, but the basic idea is to use percentages for widths instead of specifiying absolute pixels.

Both have their advantages and disadvantages.
