Surely I'm not the only "web site designer" who organises their sites into catergories? Are there really that many "designers" out there using a single directory for all their site related files?

I thought everyone building a site for the long term categorised their information anyway? Or is this such a basic principle that I forgotten I had to learn how a web user behaves? Aren't all web designers web users? Surely it would have dawned on them that it would be easier to categorise information on their site and structure the site accordingly?
