New Site

Hello All!

I am planning to launch a brand new site based around the digital world.

I am curious to know how many people would be interested in writing articles for the site?

The site would have reviews on games, mp3 players etc.
Anyone who sells these kind of items can also reply if they would like to use the site to promote their products

Now are you looking for just strictly writers? Or do you also need assistance in the management and maintence of the rest of the site as well?

well i would mainly like writers. but any assistance or advice to design etc would be great. i would be very happy to let you have a say in how the site looks or what should be on it !

what are you strong points in web design??

i may need assistance with the creation of a user database type of system. e.g usernames password!

Without going into a whole lot of detail...

I am 17 years old, and I started learning about web design when I was about 11, but of course that was just simple HTML and CSS. I have really been focusing on making true, fully functional websites for that past two years or so. I have about 3-3.5 years of experience in programs such as Photoshop and Flash.

I have also been putting a lot of time and effort into learning, and coding with PHP/MySQL. Feel free to check out my two sites in my sig. They ARE under major construction, but that is some of my work

I would be glad to help you out in all ways possible, including the help of coding your membership system, as I have been working on a CMS-like project lately

trentonD great to here it i am only 14 myself and i also started learning web design at about the age of 10.

i am good at the design part of web design (or i hope i am lol :P) but when it comes to things such as membership etc i get a bit lost lol.

Hello again all!!

myself along with trentonD will be introducing a new site based around the latest in the digital world!

We are looking to make it a very multi-national site! We would like people from different countries to write articles about the latest digital news in their area, for the site. The articles will be placed in the appropriate section based on the country you are in.

this site holds a lot of potential and im sure many of you will be proud to represent your country and its latest digital launches, achievements etc!

Thats a fantastic idea. I am a web designer too and started very early at about 12. I am 17 years old now and quite well versed with the web. I have designed websites like http://www.alchemy-education.com , and another one http://www.beta-theta.com (Although I sold that last year for 1600$ and the new webmaster filled it up with crap.)

I am in the senior year of my school and am very busy with studies these days . But I will have loads of time in June 2006 and am ready to join you as an associate if you are interested. You can see my website Alchemy before you consider my capabilities . I could help you with a lot of technical stuff.

So if you are interested in making me as a partner then do contact me (through the forums or if possible through the contact page of my website...)

Hi there,

I also like the idea. You could have me for the article writing and/or site development assistant parts.

I started on web design at around 14. I have built a no. of personal web pages, just out of curiosity, changing the designs again and again.

The only website I have worked really hard upon is in my sig.

Nationality - as the sig suggests, Nepalese. I am currently studying my GCE A Levels, so I might be quite busy at some times but I'll do my best to help.
