Which software / service you are using for your publishing your web site newsletter? Can you please give us details about your newsletter & software/service you are using with URLs?

I think that Ezine Manager is a good service for a newsletter. I use them for one newsletter. They have a good control panel and you can send text or html. They also provide the code for a single or double opt-in subscription box to be used on your site. Lots of good features. It's free delivery for under 2500 emails. After that, it is a pay service, but has good rates.

I use Group Mail Plus for a couple of other newsletters. It is a program that sends out the newsletters from your own computer. It provides a subscribe/unsubscribe feature, has an address checker, provides bulk sending without using the bcc feature. You can send both text or html. Good speed for sending, but that will depend a lot on your connection speed.

Since affiliate links are not allowed, those are the main sites. However, if you wish to join or purchase under my affiliates links, you can PM or email me.

I personally use two systems. One custom built which generates my newsletter automatically and one (very old) one http://solutionscripts.com/warehouse...t/index2.shtml
Its not wonderful but it does the job.

I've also heard very good things about MyMail from http://www.codingclick.com

Its based on MySQL and will support many newsletters with thousands of subscribers.

Hi Shikha,

I use the "group e-mail" function that comes with my Aimoo message board. Since the only people who would actually want to read my newsletter are members of my forum, I find this feature extremely helpful.
