Personally, I wouldn't touch them with a 50 foot pole. I like nothing less than 100% control over my design, which theese tools just don't give.
People with almost no computer experience might use them for personal sites, and maybe things like small sports clubs and non profit organisations... i.e. the type of people who couldn't hire a web designer. Although on the other hand there are a lot of designers willing to do these sorts of sites for free just to build up a portfolio, so I wouldn't of thought there would be a huge demand.
I might be wrong...
