Hi there -

I'm new here - How do?

I'm learning how to use INLINE frames in Frontpage. I have one all set up to handle my Customer Care Dept. I have the page it's WITHIN called CustomerCare_Frame. The inline frame itself is called InlineFrame_CustomerCare.

The CustomerCare_Frame is working fine EXCEPT when I try to link to one of the related pages from a NON inline frame page - i.e. the rest of my site (or eventually OTHER inline frame pages if I can get this all to work right ). If someone could give me pointers on what am I not doing that I should be doing I'd greatly appreciate it .

What IS happening is that the INLINE FRAME PAGE I'm wanting to get to - lets say its the "How to place an order" page is popping open but it doesn't have the info surrounding the inline frame on the CustomerCare_Frame page around it, i.e. my logo and store dept hyperlinks across the top and my Customer Care list of pages/hyperlinks that runs down left side). I hope that's clear enough....

Any ideas?

Do I have to some how tell the How to Place an Order page to always open in the CustomerCare_Frame page? If so, how? Nothing I try is working...

Thank you!
