i have a client who wants to offer individual websites (maybe just a page or so) for his agents, linked from his site. Call it a master site. The agent sites will be build it them selves, or simple fill in the blanks.

I am not sure what to google for some help - one such service for build-it sites is http://tinyurl.com/5wuwo (they are pricy)

Or maybe like State Farm - http://tinyurl.com/6ugx7

Looking for the low cost, easy route. I don't relish 100 emails a day about individual sites that are bringing in say, $10 a month.

Suggestions appreciated.
