We do not publicize that we develop websites, as we are a hosting company. However a man has approached us twice in the past few days to develop a website for his church. I have suggested website builders to him (even some that we furnish), but that is not what he wants. He gave some examples of the kind of site he wants. However, even though I feel we have the ability to develop a similar site, I do not know what to ask as a price for the work. We have been out of the game for years now, as far as developing sites for the public, and I am out of touch with prices. Can you lend your advice as to a fair-but-profitable price? Here is what he wants:

I need a multi page site, a site that will allow people to read the church history, pastor bio, listen to clips of sermons, purchase and download sermons and maybe see some video clips. I would also like to have a page for maybe donations to the ministry. Some of the pages that I would like to take some ideas from are:
does he want you to shoot the videos? Compress the videos?
you should have one of the people you tried to refer him to price it, add 10-20% for yourself, and contract it to the designer. Then you're maiking money doing nothing

They will shoot the video and send it to me. I will compress it and upload.
